JustFacture (\"we\", \"our\", or \"us\") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the JustFacture mobile application and related services (the \"Service\").
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate the Service.
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password
- Business information: company name, address, province, tax information if provided
- Client information: client names, emails, addresses, and other details entered by you for invoicing purposes
- Support communications: messages you send to us
Automatically collected information
- Subscription status (active, expired, renewal state)
- Diagnostic and usage data such as crash reports and error logs
We do not collect or store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Generate invoices, quotes, and PDF documents
- Process and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (invoices, password resets, account notifications)
- Improve app stability, performance, and security
- Provide customer support
3. Payments and Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the Service:
- Supabase – authentication and database storage
- RevenueCat and Apple App Store – subscription management and billing
- Stripe – to allow users to accept payments from their own customers for invoices (Stripe is not used to purchase the JustFacture subscription)
- Email providers – to send transactional emails
Each third party processes data according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
JustFacture is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
